Ensuring a Legacy of FUN

Cedar Fair and Bowling Green State University (BGSU) co-developed the first of its kind educational partnership to offer a Resort and Attraction Management (RAAM) Bachelor of Science degree. BGSU facilitates the program and Cedar Fair provides guaranteed, paid, and customizable co-ops in more than 20 different departments at Cedar Fair parks. From this partnership, highly trained talent emerges, ensuring the future of FUN at Cedar Fair and many other companies in the hospitality industry.

Sharing Real World Knowledge

Prepare for your future with extensive certification, professional development, and networking opportunities with resort and attraction industry leaders. The six-month classroom curriculum – which can be completed in person or online – is a combination of management-focused content as well as guest lectures from industry leaders. These professionals provide insights and knowledge to supplement textbook theory and share real-world application and context.

Join a close-knit cohort of like-minded students

Students enrolled in the Resort and Attraction Management program enjoy pre-scheduled course offerings that build a strong peer network. Those who study in-person have the option to live where they learn at a multi-purpose academic facility and apartment complex, Falcon Point Lofts, in downtown Sandusky, Ohio. Four classrooms, administrative offices and common space offer state-of-the-art learning along with lakeside apartment housing for students and community residents.

Take your studies overseas

The Resort and Attraction Management program offers a study abroad program in England and France, where you will explore iconic attractions, meet industry leaders, and broaden your horizons. BGSU and Cedar Fair provide nearly $170,000 in annual scholarships exclusively for RAAM students to make their education and study abroad experience affordable.
