A browser is a program that you use to view the web. Although there are many different browsers available, they don't all display the website in the same way. We have targeted Internet Explorer and Firefox foremost because these  browsers are the industry standards. It is suggested you have the latest version of  these browsers to view this site. If you wish to update your current version of any of these browsers, we have provided you with the links to the download section of their sites.

Adobe Acrobat Reader

Throughout this site you will notice the use of PDF's. You might wonder what a PDF file is. PDF stands for Portable Document Format. PDF's are the standard for electronically distributing documents because they allow anyone to receive a PDF and view it exactly as it was intended to look.

In order to view a PDF file you will need Adobe Acrobat Reader. This Plug-In is available free from the the Adobe site.
