Cedar Fair is a publicly traded partnership headquartered in Sandusky, Ohio, and one of the leading amusement-resort operators in the world. The Company owns and operates 11 amusement parks, six outdoor water parks, one indoor water park and five hotels.

Its operations are located in 13 of the 25 largest metropolitan statistical areas in the U.S. and Toronto, Canada, and serve more than 150 million people. The Company’s portfolio of assets include four of the most highly acclaimed regional parks in North America. Cedar Point, the Company’s flagship park, has consistently been voted the “Best Amusement Park in the World” and Kings Island, located near Cincinnati, Ohio, has consistently been recognized for having the “Best Kids Area” by the Amusement Today newspaper.
